I’ve never done this before, but I have to give a shout out to a MN business man who went above and beyond the call of duty. Short story; needed to get the battery changed in my watch. The watch broke in the process. The jeweler bought me a new watch! Flat out. No questions asked, just a sincere apology. He then followed up with me (twice!) to provide me a status on when it would arrive. Big props to Robert Rhawie (owner) of Dolce Vita at Ridgedale. (2nd floor, next to Macy’s Men’s store). Visit him and told him that you read about him on my post.
