I stayed at this location with 3 friends to attend 2 Prince concerts at Paisley Park in Chanhassan. From the moment we walked into this hotel we were made to feel at home. There was the most pleasant citrus scent as we walked through the door. We were energetically welcomed by the gentleman at the front desk and the hotel manager. They were both genuine and seemed truly interested in how we were and what brought us to the Minneapolis area. Most hospitality based employees are trained to greet but not everyone pulls off being authentic. They excel at it! We were offered water, coffee, hot chocolate or tea upon arrival. Nice touch. The breakfast area was inviting and decorated very nicely. Check in was seamless. We were conveniently allowed to bring our bags upstairs while our car was pulled up out front. We reserved the double queen studio which was large and comfortable for the 3 of us. Everything seemed fresh and brand new… bright hallways with great colors. The room itself was also impeccably clean and decorated nicely. There was a new flat screen TV mounted on the wall and there was a nice sofa bed and large chair and a huge desk with ample drawer space. I loved the fact that there was a wet bar that included a refrigerator AND microwave. Unfortunately, due to the impending storm back in NY we had to cut our trip short. When I notified the front desk they were so accommodating! They refunded the money for the 2 nights and charged us only $ 100 for the night instead of $ 125 because we were leaving early and wouldn’t be able to have the complimentary breakfast with them. The guy actually stated«we’ll take $ 25 off so that you can have breakfast in the airport». How nice! The next time I’m in the Minneapolis area this Hampton Inn will be my choice!!!

This shiny recently-renovated hotel was our end point after many, many hours of in the car. We made our way to Minneapolis for a wedding, and boy, was I glad to get a good night’s sleep after our ride. Happily, Hampton Inn & Suites provided a great place to get that rest. It was high quality, comfortably and impeccably clean — everything I want in a good hotel. Upon walking into the lobby, the first thing I was struck by was the modern interior, including the faux flame wall fixture and the bright colors. It was welcoming yet not busy. I felt happy to be in the space. It was a step above a typical lobby. And then like I said, our rooms were spotlessly clean. My boyfriend, his brother and I shared a two-queen-bed room, and the room didn’t feel cramped for the two nights we were there. And very important: There was enough bedside table-space for all of our phones and charging needs. The TV and the cable also worked well.(Recently I’ve had the lack of luck to be put in rooms with fussy cable. This was not the case.) In the morning, we went down to enjoy the complimentary continental breakfast. This breakfast went beyond the typical stale bagels and past-its-prime fruit. This breakfast had make-your-own waffles, cereal, fresh bagels, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt and more, as well as coffee and juice. The eating area in the lobby provided a great place for my boyfriend’s family to catch up before the wedding later that day. There is a mix of tall tables and more standard four-tops. All in all, Hampton provided a great place to spend time between all the hub-bub of the wedding.

Fantastic new hotel with all the features that you’d expect from a Hampton Inn & Suites. We stayed in the double queen suite, which is a beautiful room. The saltwater pool and hot tub are gin clear and nice and warm. Each time we swam with the kids, we had the entire pool room to ourselves, which was nice. The pool towels are beach towel sized rather than the standard tiny cheap ones.

Since it is new everything is clean. Rooms are adequate in size and the television channel selection is great(maybe too large). But I judge a hotel on the breakfast. I didn’t think it was possible to have an awful generic hampton breakfast but I did. Only hot options were a ham and cheese egg mix an sausage patties. I can usually tolerate the powdered eggs because they are large chunks. These eggs were small pieces that made picking up with a fork difficult. Sausage patties? We are in America. We want bacon! Then the oj to drink. Something off there as well. Maybe they are still working out the kinks? With all of the Hilton hotels in the area, I am not sure I would try them again.

Brand new state of the art hotel. Largest rooms I’ve enjoyed for the budget. Workout area is great! Best value I’ve seen in a long time.

The hotel is brand new, and I didn’t stay. My wedding guests stayed and said the hotel was very nice. My big complaint is with wedding booking. They will hold the block of rooms, however release them 30 days prior to your wedding. The problem with this was that when my guests booked after I had to individually ask and have the front desk staff write a note on their reservation to put a welcome bag in the room. I also did not always have the best response from the person responsible for wedding bookings. Overall the hotel looks beautiful, but for wedding blocks, please know that your rooms will be released 30 days prior to your event.
