I had to come to Minneapolis for a 10-day business trip and I was blown away by this property! Clean, updated and close to one of the best restaurants in Minneapolis. Dave, Taylor, Alex, Brady, TJ and Hannah were all fantastic and met all my needs immediately. Housekeeping did a great job keeping my room clean daily. The pool and gym are clean and great to use. The shuttle was on time every time I needed to be picked up or dropped off. Great service, I’ll be back. If you want to see how a hotel is supposed to run, STAYHERE!

I wouldn’t stay here again. BUT I suspect I may have to since my company offices near by. The rooms are plenty big, but the walls are so thin. The breakfast they offer is pretty sad. I ended up just snagging a few pieces of fruit, banana and orange/apple, and sticking them in my purse. They do offer a few different Gluten Free items from Udi’s– I saw the blueberry muffins and a plain bagel. The blow dryer in my bathroom was a joke. Luckily there’s 2 Caribou coffee locations in the same parking lot. Also a Einstein bagel joint, Jimmy Johns, and a restaurant called Jimmy’s with a decent bar. So bring your melatonin to sleep through your neighbors late night calls and TV watching. Bring a blow dryer. Get breakfast nearby. Follow these rules and you’ll be fine.

Not only do they have some of the cleanest rooms I’ve seen at similarly classed hotels. They also have a great, HOT breakfast provided in the mornings. When it comes to the employees, they’re nothing short of AWESOME! Possibly some of the most accommodating individuals I’ve met at any hotel who truly understand the value of customer service. If you ever get the opportunity to stay at this location, always ask for Hannah and she’ll definitely ensure you have a great experience at this location!

I stayed here for work, and picked this from several of the hotel chains I stay at that earn decent rewards. Price — The value paid for the hotel was great. The rate was below $ 100 and included wifi and breakfast. Room — I stayed in a king single room. It was clean and neat. Lots of space for me and my stuff. The bathroom was roomy and bright. The room did not have a fridge or microwave but they do have suites that have those I believe if needed. Pool and spa — Both were open while I was there but I just didn’t have time to enjoy them. They are indoor and heated though. Big plus :) Breakfast — The usual fare, with both hot and cold samplings. Coffee, tea and cocoa available throughout the day and cookies laid out in the evening. Staff — The staff was pleasant and friendly. They welcomed me as a rewards member and entered my reward points as well. I would stay here again.

Renovation city. I can understand having to put up with renovations but when they promised me 5000 points for the inconvenience of not having a hot breakfast, big time noise debris and dirt and not able to enter multiple doors and elevators they gave me 500 points. The staff and management did not apologize at all and had a cavalier attitude. I’m sure the renovations will be nice but I won’t know since I would stay at a MOTEL6 before I stay here again. Good riddance.

Stayed here twice. First time, the pool was broken but the hot tub was open, this time the pool was open with the hot tub broken… come on guys! The breakfast in the morning is nice. Great options from eggs, to pancakes, juices, yogurts, muffins, cinnamon rolls… The room itself was clean. The remote barely worked, took seven seconds between pushing a button and moving to the next channel. The shower was EXTREMELY touchy. You had about two inches of crank between cold and burning hot, with the rest of the 90% of the crank all being ridiculously hot. Wifi was absolutely terrible. Got terrible speeds on my kindle to a point where I gave up and switched to my cellphone to get on the internet over data network, wife’s laptop ran like a turtle. Our door didn’t work at first because«there’s a trick to it». I went downstairs to tell her the keys werent working. She remade them, tried them… still didn’t work. She finally let us in herself and eventually remade the keys a second time. When going back to the car and down to the lobby again, a male employee stopped me and said, «Hey, there’s actually a trick to your room. You need to hold your key all the way to the right and slide slowly. It wont work unless you hold it all the way to the right. It’s the worst door in this place.» Awesome, Holiday Inn, I need a «trick» just to get into my door… It was kinda cheap for proximity to the cities and not being a Motel 6… so there’s that…

Stayed here with a wedding party and got a great $ 69 rate. New, clean and friendly. Nice bedding. Free 3Mbps wifi in all rooms. A fridge in the room would have been nice, but couldn’t ask for much more.
