So I didn’t read the reviews and I scheduled an appointment. When I got there, I was asked to fill out some paperwork — similar to the other person’s experience below, I was not told what to expect during the procedure and it was extremely awkward. I really think this lady technician needs some social skills. Of course, I continued to ask question and she seemed annoyed and upset, which made me nervous. My appointment was less than 10 minutes. I completely felt like I paid for a 5 minute procedure, what a waste of time and money. Please save your money and go elsewhere. This place is one of the most uninviting and scary experience for me. I will never go back and you shouldn’t go there!

The worst experience ever!!! I went there this morning after buying a groupon photifacial. I got there lil before my appt time, cindy or whatever that lady left me standing for atleast 15 mins. She was chatting with this another customer/coworker who she seem to know verywell. She didnt even acknowledge me coming in and instead handed me some paperworks while still talking to the other lady. They were just gossiping about another person. And than after entire 15 minutes, she had me lay on the table for not even 5 mins and she said i am done. She didnt even explained to me what she was going to do on my face. She spread the gel so unevenly on my face and i was afraid i was going to get burned because she left spots on my face. Guess what? I was right, i understand the pigments on my face are supposed to get darker and slough ofd in few days. However, there is a big scar underneath my left jaw that is burning alot. I clearly remember she didnt even spread enough gel on my face let alone my jaw. I have been to many estheticians and i would never recommend this place to anybody. THEWORSTEXPERIENCEEVER!!!(Fyi! If the scar under my jaw doesnt fades, i would want my money back.)

Just got a photo facial here. Was greeted by a woman who had me fill out paperwork and then follow her to a room. She did not introduce herself or explain what she was going to be doing. When I started asking questions she complained that they had been bombarded by groupons and are not making any money off of them which is why they don’t take the time to educate their clients. She said other offices get $ 300 for a treatment like I was receiving for a groupon discount. I said it would be a good way to get people in the door for them to become return costumers. She didn’t tell me that we were done or let me know what to expect from here on. She did not walk me out of the treatment room. She just sat there. Very very awkward. I work in a similar industry and couldn’t believe the difference in customer service. Not recommended. I may end up getting good results and she was polite about that. I guess they don’t want more customers– which is what I thought groupon was all about. She did appologize for not taking more time with me when I was nervous about the procedure with me and told me that she had been doing sooo many of them. I reminded her that for me, it was the first time.
