Went in for cataract surgery and found an inefficient office. Waited three hours, staff seemed to care less that people were asking why the long wait times. No emergency that prolonged the wait, just poor scheduling. Prescription sent to the wrong pharmacy, instruction sheets that were given to us were contradictory. Bad experience all around. We did tell them of the bad experience. I would recommend that anyone considering cataract surgery go to a small clinic so you don’t feel like a number. Additionally after the procedure we were hit with a fee that was never explained to us. This is now being addressed with the Attorney General’s office. The only positive thing that came from the experience is that so far the cataract surgery was successful that’s why the three star rating.
