I think this place is just amazing. I was able to get in and out pretty quickly and the staff was nice and helpful. The doctor himself was very nice and wasn’t awkward at all, and that put me at ease.

I have going here for years! I absolutely love Dr. Terri Johnson. She is extremely personable and very caring.
It’s a great office with a professional staff! They have convenient locations, comfortable rooms, and updated technology.

I was there for annual physical but they changed the purpose of my visit from physical to something else when I asked my specific question. They should have asked me to leave (or informed me) when they realized, the conversation is going off track.
When I called, they were rude and tried to pick a fight. The doctor and the higher admin person never returned my call. However Dr Rachel was nice enough to return my other calls before I complained.
Also, they recommended a whole lot of further tests which are not needed according to my other doctor who is a specialist. Thank God I did not go through those unnecessary tests worth $ 2,000 or more. Always take a second opinion before spending thousands of dollars on worthless treatments recommended by OBGYN West.
