Seriously the worst customer service in the history of customer service! The manager Mahamed is the worst of them all! He talked down to me because he was NOT knowledgeable with his register! Don’t shop here!!! I will be contacting the district manager because the experience was SOOOO bad! I was shaking upset!!!

Very quiet place compared to others we’ve been to. They seem to be understaffed whenever we’re there. The order in which they have their toys doesn’t make sense. It took us forever to find a toy one time. There isn’t a lot of baby clothes selection and the registry is always broken so you would have to walk to the customer service in the baby section to wait for the registry to print out and that alone can take 5 – 15 min depending if they’re busy or not. I don’t like to come to this specific store but my wife likes it due to convenience or usually when we’re around that area grabbing some lunch at our favorite place.

Awful service at the store. I am 32 weeks pregnent and I went to buy some stuff from my registery for new. First they didn’t explained me how exactly I can buy stuff from the registery. They just kept me sending from one counter to other. I needed to place some online order as few products were not in the store, when I checked with the baby registery counter he sent me to guest service then they sent me back to baby registry. Ahh! people give some respect to pregnent women. Finally someone agreed to place the order but he looked so frustrated and was very rude. Also he said that he got the confirmation that order went through, infact it didn’t. next day when I went to the store once again to check on that order, the other person was not ready to listen and behaved so rudely. Never going back to this store.

Poor service and indifferent staff — I won’t return. Store size and selection is very good but the staff attitude is awful.
Purchased a backpack. Sign clearly said $ 12.99. I was charged $ 19.99. When I asked why the sign said $ 12.99, the clerk said ‘don’t know but the price is $ 19.99. I wanted the backpack for my grand daughter, so I bought it. I checked the receipt and it said I would only receive $ 14.99 if I returned it. I went back to the desk and asked why the sign says one price, I was charged another, and now I will only receive $ 14.99 if I return it? The clerk said — I don’t know, but you are right about only receiving $ 14.99 if you return it.
Too many other stores around to put up with this attitude. Store is obviously poorly managed.

They made this Toys R Us twice the size by taking over the space next door (former office supply store). Now it’s a combo Toys R Us and Babies R Us. If you need something for a baby or child, you’ll find it here. They offer many coupons, either online, by mail, with your purchase or in the newspaper. The parking lot has plenty of spaces and employees are generally friendly. If you’re nearby, don’t forget to check out the Ham Shop for lunch.
