Stopped coming to this DD years ago because of poor service, specifically the owner/​manager. I lived less than a mile away and passed this DD every single day and refused to go back. Even if it was inconvenient to stop at Jewel or the gas station vs. DD, I did it.
Anyways, we stopped by the drive through today and sure enough, nothing had changed. [My wife really wanted a cup of coffee before we went into Jewel.] The same manager/​owner was working and we got the same old terrible service. She was rude, in no apparent hurry and basically the same grouch she was years ago when we frequented there.
If you can, hold off going to this particular DD and go to the DD just a few miles North on Ridge (near 80/​McDonalds).
I am almost tempted to stop going to all DD’s because this one is so bad.

One of the best! We go for coffee here every day. The employees are nice and well trained.

It’s a heavily family-​run location, and when the owner/​manager is in, she and her sons are always awesome to us. When they aren’t around though, a lot of the other staff has the «I don’t care» attitude. Those other employees rarely achieve even mediocre service, nor do they get orders right often.

I will say I was traveling to the Dunkin donuts a little further up ridge and realized this one was there and more on my way to work. I started going to this location which was much faster and there almost never a line. One small annoyance I had was that they never put my cream cheese on my bagel I had to do it. Which sounds stupid but I’m eating on my way to work. So I would pull over after going thru the drive thru and put my cream cheese on my bagel. I have probably been going there a week now and they put it on for me today! I think they must see me sitting in the parking lot every morning and figured it out! It’s the little things that keep me coming back!

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts in the area. Although it is the closest one to my house, I always go to either the one by I-​80 (Ridge Rd) or the one on Rte 6 by Wal-​Mart in Morris and avoid this one. The manager is very rude. All the other Dunkin Donuts add whipped cream to an Iced Mocha at no charge, but she refuses to and charges an extra 50 cents. They are usually out of the donut I want, and they over-​microwave the chocolate croissants until they are hard as a rock. If you just want a cup of coffee, though, this would be okay to go to… the line is usually shorter than the other two.

Always slow, never puts creamer in your coffee for you or put cream cheese on your bagel. and my order is never right. Your better to go into Minooka near I80 and that dunkin is amazing and sooo fast!

Decent place. The customer service is lacking. The workers often rush me, even if I’m the only person there. They also never stir the coffee; I always have to do it myself (annoying). So overall, not impressed, but it’s not terrible. It is coffee, so how bad can it be?

They can’t get a sandwich right to save their lives. Ordered here 4 times last year, and not once has there been a mistake free order. others are right about the terrible customer service

This location has terrible customer service! Also, this is the only Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to that consistently never has Donuts. And whatever they do have is usually stale.
I went through the drive-​thru yesterday and after asking if they had several different donuts and being told «no», I finally asked «Well, what DO you have??» I got a loud sigh and a snippy «hold on. Let me check…»
Really? Is it that difficult for you to do your job? I ended up just driving off.
