McDonald’s

Ok so I saw the reviews on Unilocal,but I figured I need to stick around in this area another hour, I’m hungry… and I won’t order any «specialized» item on the menu. They shouldn’t screw that up, right? WRONG! I ordered a side salad… I said a SIDE salad! They tried to give it to me with just lettuce! And when they asked the crew chief about it she too wanted to know what else was I looking for!!! How about some darn tomatoes. kale…spinach! So I figured that little oops was over. I drive about 10 miles and decide to eat my McChicken and it looked a little flat. Well… maybe because they forgot the dang lettuce!!! Only one little swipe of mayo. I almost choked! So I put a little bit of that overzealous lettuce from my salad on my sandwich. This is a shame! They don’t know the BASIC components of their food items!!! I’m SO glad this is not my neighborhood McDonalds! Unfortunately, I will have to be in this area on a regular basis. But be assured, I will be running for the border at Taco Bell across the street!

Not only is this place slow they constantly mess up your order. How hard is it to substitute regular bacon for Canadian bacon on a breakfast sandwich? At this McDonald’s, very.

This is the worst mcdonalds ive ever been to. By far the slowest drive thru ive evr sat through to get food that was completely the opposite of what ive ordered… dont waste ur time here

This McDonald’s is always very slow. No matter what time of day I go or how many people are in the drive-​thru, I can always expect to be sitting at the last window for a long time. I’d say about 20% of the time my order is wrong, too. On multiple occasions I’ve ordered just large cokes, nothing else, and even those will be wrong. It has happened more than once. Time after time I’m disappointed in the service. Don’t expect much it’s always a bunch of teenagers «working». There always seems to be plenty of staff yet only one running around actually working.

I hate giving a bad review, but I would not recommend this place because the service was bad. None of the employees wore name tags. The manager was unprofessional. There was a complaint from drive thru where the lady complained of waiting too long. The manager complained about the customers complaint to the other employees, instead of solving the issue. My complaint was that when we first arrived, we had to wait about seven minutes before we were acknowledged that we were there. I was just about ready to walk out and spend my money somewhere else, but my daughter wanted McDonalds. The employees just stand around and talk. No cleaning is being done. The tables are dirty. The counter is covered with empty cups that need to be put away. The only reason I gave it a one star was because the food was pretty good. I do not recommend this McDonalds to my worse enemies.
