Jayne and Paul are not even worthy of one star. I had cash in hand ready to pay for first visit as discussed on phone. At the appt. I was rudely told they would not see me unless I gave all insurance info. I was paying in cash. When I nicely asked if I could please begin treatments on a cash basis I was told I was wasting their time and to please leave. When you watch their videos on their website do not believe them. They are out for money(insurance). They are not out for the care of a persons injuries. I walked away hurting.

They were very professional and friendly. This was the best physical therapy experience I have ever had. They were completely focused on relieving my pain without causing more. I totally recommend!!!

Pro-Motion has been great for my wife as well as for my own treatment. They are caring and provide good programs for rehab. Since Paul and Jayne personally treat everyone personally, they are very good at resolving the problem.

Very nasty to employees and employees family members. I DONOTRECOMMEND! constantly talk to patients about how Americans are so stupid, if you don’t like our country please leave!

Best physical therapists around! HIGHLY recommend! Jayne and Paul run a tight ship and you always see the same PT. Family owned!

My aunt, age 86, was treated in a very unprofessional manner by one of the owners, Paul Humphries. We reached out to Promotions Physical Therapy to discuss the situation and Paul Humphries refused to speak with us. It is disappointing that a local business in a small community like Minooka would mistreat their clients, especially an elderly woman. Please feel free to email me at for further deails.
