Great food always delicious and consistent. You can tell the food is made to order, hard to find these day’s. The best and favorite pizza and pasta in Minooka. Great customer service! Try there pasta or the cheef its really delicious.

Tried them again, they are still terrible, Should at least be able to get a pizza order right!!! 30 $ for a 16 inch pizza, they screw it up, wont fix it, they tell me Im wrong. I have been ordering from here once a month for about 10 years, and usually spend a couple thousand dollars a year for work pizza parties and birthdays… NEVER AGAIN, I will NEVER reccomend them again, or allow anyone from my work to order from there. They treat their customers like CRAP!

We have tried all the pizza places within 10 miles, and this one has the best pizza. It is a bit pricey, so we always use a coupon or order on Tuesday nights when pizza is 25% off. I have noticed that the quality of the crust is declining… it seems thinner than it used to be and tends to overcook. The sauce is delicious. On a side note, I am a huge fan of the lunch jumbo size pizza slices! Note that this is not a sit down restaurant but a take out place.

Got a supreme chicago style and it was good. First time eating at this place and experience was great! Had a delivery and the woman taking order was super nice, as well as, the delivery driver. Had delivered without problems. Would order again.

Rosati’s Pizza: I like all kinds of pizza, so it is difficult for me not to like a pizza joint. Their thin-​crust is more of a flaky style crust. It is usually bad be square, but their square cut pizza makes me happy.
Usually have some good deals. They have a pretty large menu for a carry-​out pizza place. Been meaning to try some of their pasta dishes and sandwiches.

This used to be my go-​to pizza place in Minooka. But everything has gone down hill fast at this place, especially the customer service. There are enough other good pizza places in the area, that I will not be back. My new go-​to pizza will be Chicago Pizza Department in Morris. It is worth the 15 minute drive to get some really yummy pizza.

The customer service here is horrible. Two weeks ago we ordered two pizzas. One small with 2 toppings, one large with 5 completely different toppings. When the pizzas arrived, both only had the 2 toppings listed for the small. I checked the reciept, it listed the 5 correct toppings for the large, and I was charged for them. I figured it was not a big deal, mistakes happen, and they would make it right. I couldn’t have been more wrong. First, they wanted me to keep both pizzas and said they would give me a $ 5 credit. I refused because the 3 extra toppings alone cost more than $ 5, plus I had a pizza with toppings I didn’t want. It took several minutes of arguing back and forth to convince the manager that I wasn’t going to accept that. I finally had to threaten to dispute the charge with my credit card company. He was so rude and unwilling to fix the mistake that they made that I finally told them I wanted my money back for the pizza that was wrong. They said the only way they would give me my money back was if they could come get the pizza and take it back. I said fine, and they actually sent the poor driver (who obviously wasn’t at fault here) back to my house to collect the pizza and verify it was wrong.
What makes it all worse is that I sent an email detailing the story to management, hoping that it was just a bad manager’s decision and they would somehow try to make it right after the fact. Two weeks later and I haven’t gotten any response at all.
I’ll never order from here again. Not because they made a mistake, I can accept that they happen. But because of the horrible response by management in failing to make any sincere attempt in fixing the mistake.
There are many better options in the area, I recommend you spending your money at one of them.

One of the better franchises around. You have to try a beefenator with extra auju for dipping. Something that other rosatis don’t have!

Pizza is okay. Sauce is slightly sweet if you like that. The crust unfortunately reminds me of cardboard. I favor a more chewy doughy crust, but you won’t find it at Rosati’s.
The highlight: I absolutely love the brand of Mozzarella cheese they use, it is perfection and always melts nicely. My favorite thing on the menu is the cheesy garlic bread, they make it just right. Also, they almost always run specials and have coupons in the value mailers.

One of the cheaper pizza take-​out places in our small community. We always get the large thin crust for $ 16 and haven’t had any complaints. We also enjoy their beef & mozzarella and chicken parmesan sandwich, which are about $ 6 each. Only thing I’m not too crazy about is their Pan pizza, which is a regular pizza, but with a stuffed pizza style crust, just didn’t have as much flavor as their thin crust. When ordering, always be on the lookout for coupons since you’ll always them everywhere you look & they even accept expired ones as well.
