Sun Cleaners

Absolutely HORRIBLE! If anyone has anything valuable to get cleaned DO NOT take it to sun cleaners in Minooka. They damaged my wedding dress in the cleaning process. They had it for 3 months. When they finally returned it, they used crystals that didn’t even match or fit. I called the owner & requested either they reimburse the cleaning fee or the cost of the sash they damaged. He refused saying «these things happen & they do a good job» And wanted me to bring it back Yet Again to get it fixed. Forget let alone damaging my dress, taking 3 months to fix it improperly, but the lack of customer service is unreal. Will never go there again. The reason there is even one star is because it wouldn’t let me post with none!

Always friendly, timely and efficient. Provides prepay discounts. Always have my suits and shirts ready when scheduled for pick up.

They never own up to their coupons… if you present it to the owner there will be SOME TYPE of stipulation or reason why he can’t honor it. Also the same day service is a LIE. They opened at 8, my husband was there to drop off a shirt and suit @ 8:03 the guy tells him it’s too late he can’t do it, he already started a load.
This wasn’t the first, second nor third time this has happened.

DO NOT USE!!! I went in to drop off a down coat. She initially charged me eighteen dollars to get it dry cleaned. Then called me to tell me that I actually owed four dollars more because she didn’t realize it was down. I told her that was ridiculous because it’s obvious that the jacket is down, and I shouldn’t be charged extra because she has no idea what she’s doing. So I called the owner to complain, and he told me it was actually 10 dollars more than the price initially quoted, and that since the coupons are prepay he wouldn’t be able to apply them since I already I dropped it off. The consumer shouldn’t have to pay more to accommodate incompetent illiterate employees. Prices are outrageous, and customer service is terrible! Do yourself a favor and drive 2 more miles to a place that will actually provide you with quality service.
