The Pastry Palace

I found this company last August 2012 when my wife and I were at the Three Rivers Fest in Channahon, IL. They were selling a few different Cupcakes that day but after trying my first of many cupcakes that day I was sold. They had two sizes of cupcakes that day… I had the large cupcake that was Red Velvet with this amazing buttercream topping that was very light and creamy. My wife had a regular size cupcake and to our surprise it was filled with Chocolate Mousse !! I asked the two young ladies that were running the booth if they had any other filled cupcakes and they did not let me down !!! They pulled out this French Vanilla Cupcake with Strawberry Mousse filling and I was in heaven. My wife and I grabbed a few cards so we could contact Karin the owner so she could design our future Birthday Cakes etc… You can also look at some of their work on their facebook page
