Meadow Mountain Tubing Hill

2 runs and one rope tow make up this tubing hill. Nice people run the place and it’s definitely more ‘mom and pop” than Adventure Ridge on Vail Mountain. Don’t expect a huge discount on the price though. It’s still $ 25/​person for 1 hour of tubing. That’s what the admission sign says anyway. But the day I went, the woman charged just $ 20 each… but I tipped the employees $ 10 so it worked out to be nearly the same price as Adventure Ridge which is glitzier with more longer runs.
But what i liked about this hill was the «S» shaped run. There’s only two runs and this was the steeper of the two. Expect a little hiking and if you’re like me I felt bad for he employee who had to hike up each time we wanted to do the steeper run. He seemed fine with it, but still… what a pain.
