Stacy gave me a nice pedicure during my lunch break. The shop accommodated me the same day. Stacy was extremely thorough, kept the conversation going and had a great personality! She did a fantastic foot scrub and foot massage. Will definitely be back. Prices are great too!

I love the way Mandy and Juile do my nails and designs. Sandy dose ma awesome pedicure. Stacy is a great owner… Been coming here for over 15 years the service has only got better.

Everytime i come to this nail salon

When I moved to the IE, I tried so many nail shops and non of them was good enough for me. I have been a very picky person about my nails (Always have to have a design) It took about a year to find this shop and I love coming here now they treat you like family since day 1!
Stacy (the owner) is the best. She always greets us with a smile even though she has had a rough day.
Mandy is the one that does my nails. She does a great job every time. She is quick and does the designs I ask for.
Vicky does my pedicure every time. She takes her time and does a great job.,
I wouldn’t change this place even if some told me they would do my nails for free.

When a place your comfortable with goes to new management its natural to be a little concerned but from day one to literally this morning I’ve never had a bad experience! Elegant nails has always been so welcoming, affordable, friendly and great quality. My mom and I have been regulars since we moved to the area (that’s about 6 years now) and we recommend it to everyone! The ladies are hard working, sweet, and so accommodating to everyone! Nothing but great things to say! :)))

Still horrible. I came back, today being my second time. I only ONLY came back bcuz this is the nail shop my mother visits and I agreed to come bcuz she said that the shop is under new management.
My first time back (7÷31÷15)
My mom was told to wait for the Peron she preferred to do her pedi, but after waiting quite a bit of time, she said she’d be OK with anybody. I thought Stacy (new owner) knew that, so when I ask my mom why she was still waiting, Stacy yelled «your mom has to wait because who she wanted isn’t available!» I looked at her like «WTF» bad bad attitude. So I got matted burgundy nails. Looked like crap the next day.
Second time back (8÷22÷15)
The lady in the last desk against the wall did my fill. She did not do a good job. The gel went to my cuticles and looked plain messy. So I told Stacy that I’m not paying for the gel. She rolled her eyes, called the nail lady over & said she can fix it. But I still said no — I wasn’t going to waste more of my Saturday. So I paid $ 16 for my fill. Stacy didn’t apologize or ask me to return at a time convenient to me to get it fixed.
I said it before and I’ll said it again — I’m never coming back!!!

Took me a long time to find a spot i was happy with. Mandy does my nails and I’m soo satisfied every time i come.

Very friendly but I’ve had better quality

The service has always been great my past 4 visits or so. The first couple of times I went to get gel nail polish and it lasted me a little over two weeks and was applied perfectly. Yesterday I went in around 5 PM on a Saturday thinking the wait would be crazy, they started doing my nails within 5 minutes of coming in !:) I asked for a full pink and white set not really knowing what to expect or how well they would do it. I don’t mind them taking their time at all if it means it will come out perfect. Well an hour and half later I was stunned at how well Tammy did her job. The lines between the pink and white powder were perfect, the square shape was perfect, there were no lumps at all. Did I mention they have hot pink powder?! Not many salons offer that option. Will definitely be coming here again. I just found my new favorite spot !!!

Very unprofessional owner. Doesn’t honor an appointment. Will never go back. There are lots out there.

The reason for my one star is not for any services, but for the prices! First off, this used to belong to a different lady (the salon) and for being under new management, the prices are very high and without knowing what kind of work you do as a new store with new employees I am not prepared to pay 42 dollars for a pink and white set! I’m driving over to riverside where I can get a pink and white plus wax and French pedicure for 55 bucks! That includes the gel overlay. and the service is and work is excellent!

I went about 3 weeks ago. My big toe was cut and have been nursing the cut ever since. This is not the first time I have been cut but it will be my last.
