Hydroponics

So as I look around the IE I see that there are about 1000 hydro shops open now. I drive by this shop often and decided to stop by and see what’s up one day.
And when I walk in the store they always put some respeck on my name! So I’m going to deal with these dudes for all my grow stuff from now on.
After talking to Jay, Jake and Rodney I see why these dudes and this store is the best in the area.
Some of these other shops are cool to hang out with but NOT to do business with. I ordered from this other shop in the area with a 2 day delivery window on some pretty common products but more than a week later the products never showed up and no follow up status call from them either. So I had to keep it moving and head to Hydroponics Inc. I won’t name these dudes at this wack store because that ain’t gangster but Hyrdo Inc. IS ON POINT!!!
Prices:
Most shops are similarly priced but these guys take it a step further and drop prices a bit more than the competition with great availability as well. Everybody knows Amazon is cheap AF but Hydro Inc matches them rock for rock.
Service:
I came in with a million grow questions and these dudes helped me through every step of the way. I literally spent 1 ½ hours getting info from these dudes. They really give a damn about how they do business and how they interact with customers. With most shops you go into they try to treat you like punk when ask questions, but not these cats. They help in every way possible. These dudes are dope!
Availability:
If they don’t have it, they’ll get it. I needed some special order items that no one had but these dudes were able to get it and quickly too. All of the common items growers need are here daily in abundance. If not it will be there in a day or so. With these dudes I don’t have to drive around town pulling my order together from many different shops.

We have been customers at this location going on a year now and their service is Excellent. Staff and management are very knowledgeable in their products and have saved us tons of money by doing business here. In addition, we have recommended many of our friends here because we trust the staff here and know they will give You the best deal possible! Thank You for everything you have done for us.

Will not shop here anymore, this business does not appreciate nor will recieve my business anymore. After spending 10s of thousands of dollars in just a yea, I’ve never been treated with so much disrespect. Will shop at other local hydroponics stores. The employess except for a couple and management are the direct correlation for me going else where.
If I could rate lower I would.
Summary/​/​
Hydroponics Inc about six months ago would be rated ⁴⁄₅ stars and then they did some employee changes and there new people are really bad. If you ask them a question a quarter of the employees do not know what they are talking about.
Appearance/​/​
The overall appearance of everything is nice and clean; no complaints there.
Products/​/​
This store was a good variety of products although you will be making several returns over the course of shopping here.
Returns/​/​
Returning items are relatively easy if you get two certain employees to do the return. The other employees need to learn some customer repore skills. I had a problem with one of their newer employees where he would rather argue about how he cant return my item (which cost 25 $ or less and the majority of items are much higher). Yet, he would rather leave a sour taste in my mouth and a feeling of not wanting to come back.
Managers/​/​
I have only seen one manager at this store, I assume he is the only one. The manager seems to be pretty professional although if there is a conflict the manager is prone to fixing the issue although does it disrespectfully and again leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
Overall/​/​
If you need to pick up a few items you know you will not need to return then this is your place. Otherwise steer clear of this headache.

I found this store on Unilocal and thought that I would check it out. The workers were very helpful and friendly. The prices were good and they had the supplies I needed. It’s close to any one in the Riverside area. I recommend this place and will definitely be back

Store is awesome! Bought some bell hoods at a really great price. Staff was a pleasure to do business with; they were very knowledgeable and professional.

Friendly knowledgable staff. Wide selection of products. Everything I needed was right there. The store is very well organized, so everything is easy to find and reasonably priced.

FTP!!! If I could rate this spot negative stars, I would! The customer service here is ridiculous! They never know what they’re talking about & then they give out c02 tanks that are all messed up, so that you can’t swap them anywhere else. Every-​time I’ve gone in there, I’ve been treated like I’m a dumb ass. Not a good way to treat customers who spend money in your store. Not only will I not be returning, but I will be advising others to go else where, too! Green coast is more than happy to have our business, they treat their customers with respect.
