TJ Maxx

It seems as if this location is pricier than other TJ Maxx. Don’t know why they don’t have variety. Whatever the case maybe they definitely lack customer service. Everyone working there always seems miserable and have no desire to assist anybody. Even while checking out the Cashiers are just ready to get out. They’ll walk past you without asking if you need anything and when you do need something it’s almost as if you’re bothering them.

I always shop here love the deals i get. overall the store is kept clean EXCEPT the dressing rooms and restrooms. Always lint and trash.

Don’t go near closing. They close early, which is absurd given that it’s not a mom and pop shop.
The employees are lazy and unprofessional.

Clean, but not much selection. Could be better stocked. Especially women’s clothing seemed empty. Nothing really caught my eye. Just an average TJ Maxx. But it was clean, so 3 stars.

Make sure you don’t walk around looking at purses for more then 5 minutes cus that means apparently going to steal one I couldn’t decide between two so I was taking my time and a sensors went off on a completely different isle then mine my husband joking around said what did u steal in a very obvious sarcastic tone he decided I was boring so he went to another store in the center while I made my decision next thing I knew I had 4 workers walking up and down the isle with me when I turned and looked at one he said finding everything ok I said yup as he stood there continued to stare at me I went down the next isle while he followed me from behind and ran in to another worker are u doing alright as I said before yup go down the next isle what do you know one more «are u doing ok «yea by the time I realized it they were all watching me from each isle and one at the front waiting for me I put both bags back and walked twords the front furious as the last one said nothing today I laughed and said nope… If u people find the need to fallow me you must have nothing better to do I believe in karma and I’m sorry I could give a shit less about stealing a purse let’s be serious I will NEVER go to this location again purely because I felt extremely offended and down right pissed.

This location is clean and organized. In the women’s department, it’s divided between casual, active, and career. The career section isn’t big, but it is nice that it has it’s own section. This makes looking for work blouses much easier. There is also a large home department. I’ll definitely come back to this tj maxx. Their selection and quality for the price can’t be beat.

I love this store! I come for handbags and household items. Good quality stuff at a much lower price. For the past 5 years I’ve been shopping, people have always been very nice and helpful the store has always been very clean and organized

This location is super easy to get to, right off the Highway.
Plenty of parking and never full.
No runway section, but everything is very organized so that you can sift through to find the goodies quickly.
Staff is nice, all is good here, not much else to do in the area, so this is only a stop if I am actually near by.

I like the selection and especially like their clearance section. One can get real good deals on the clearance rack. Wish they had more selection on home décor items… I guess that is why Home Goods is right next door.

Store is kinda messy but has a nice choice of handbags, i only shop here for the handbags nothing else.

I am a huge fan of TJ Maxx but I definitely have a love hate relationship with this location. I love that it is close by to home. The staff are always friendly and I love scoring awesome deals.
BUT…I really do hate the MESS! I guess I can’t really blame the staff since when I do stop by on weekday mornings the place is nice and clean and by the afternoon/​evening it is a total mess. The cosmetic/​soap section… forget it. I love the selection but I hate how everything is mostly tested by people. I’ve learned my lesson and only come on weekday mornings.

I wish they had more of these around. I hate being dragged to a Ross all the time.
From what I saw while I was there, the place is well kept and has a great variety of stuff overall.

Since the previous post i’ve noticed they have new managment. It seems to me that they’re trying to improve and new managment is the best place to start! The selection’s haven’t really improved, especially in clothing. I’ve found myself driving to the tj maxx in Chino more often to find good stuff. I must say it’s nice to see improvements though…
