I ordered the cuban and some fries. There was no chipotle sauce on my cuban except for one bite and throughout most of the cuban, I only really tasted the cheese except the fact that my turkey was burnt. There little to no bacon flavor and overall, the sandwich was dry. This was the most pathetic attempt at a cuban I’ve ever had, but the fries were ok I guess.

Excellent! Took the guess work out of preparing a tasty Turkey for Thanksgiving. Everyone loved it, even those who claim to not like Turkey. Very professional with convenient payment and pickup. If your looking for a delicious highlight to your dinner or events you should choose this spot.

Chicken wings are long standing bar food, never served from from a cold beer. So it makes sense that you’ll find this food truck outside Laser Wolf and their craft beer arsenal. Rightly so. These fellas step up the regular wing game to new proportions, literally, with their 1.5 pound, Cajun infused, deep fried turkey wings. Lots of great flavor, tons of crispy skin to work through, and a tremendous amount of meat. Seemingly a wing eater’s dream. Simply put I liked it, but there were a few reasons I’d hold off on a rave; oddly enough, these are not inherently easy to eat. Somewhat prehistoric feeling; it’s a mess. Even a dainty eater’s one-handed chicken wing method cannot apply here. The turkey is just too big and heavy. Polishing the meat off the bones in a split-n-suck approach also just not feasible with this bird. All challenges to consider and weigh fairly before ordering. Tendons and gristle are bigger and tougher on this larger species, so also expect some ripping to be necessary as well. Needless to say by now ~ ask for napkins and a toothpick!

A major meh. Food took ridiculously long to receive(one star off), prices were over-the-top expensive for quality(and for being a food truck) and the food wasn’t great. That turkey Cuban was the Sahara desert in my mouth. No pickle. No mustard. Just some turkey that had seen the fire of Hades, somehow managed to survive, and ended up in a panini’ed wrap-like thing. Unimpressed, Turkey Truck.

Food is just okay but lost a lot of points for taking 40 min to make one sandwich… with no one in line. Found them at Funky Buddha, but one guy making one sandwich at a time and claiming to be running a «food truck» is sad. Much better options for a food truck when you crave food.

Wow, this food truck is fantastic. I like turkey but the turkey comming off this truck is delicious beyond description. The outside is crispy and flavorful, the inside moist and cooked just right. My kid doesn’t like turkey and even he said it was good and would order it again. We got the carver dinner and it was great. The portions are good as well, all in all a good deal. We will look for this truck in the future.

Just tried this at the Tamarac birthday celebration. For food truck food, this was very good. The turkey chunks were tender, juicy and had great flavor. The sweet potato fries were also great. The one thing that needed work was the sauce.

Might be my favorite new food truck out now. Saw them at the Downtown Concert series and thought I’d try a new truck other than the«staples» such as Latin Burger. I had the Turkey BLT Burger with sweet potato fries. Amazing! My friend had their specialty, a fried turkey sandwich. Even better than my burger. The guys manning the truck were cool and they’re truck was even cooler. Be on the lookout for this new food truck!
