Coker Septic Inc

In October of 2015, we retained the services of your company re: Abandonment and Sewer Connection for the property located at 119 Street Miami Florida 33 168 for $ 3,500.00 (See attached «Exhibit I»). The contract specified that «Time was of the Essence» yet as of today’s date, no work has been performed.
According to a DERM representative, the abandonment permit has been approved. However, per Maria, a Corker Septic, Inc. and A. Aaron Super Rooter, Inc. representative, the final permit has not been granted because A. Aaron Super Rooter, Inc. or Corker Septic, Inc. has not properly closed a previous permit.
DEMAND is hereby made that you IMMEDIATELY complete the work as specified in the «Contract» or secure a competent company to do so. If there is no significant progress made towards completion of this contract within the next 10 days, we will assume that you have no intention of performing the work as contracted and regard your inaction as a breach of contract as well as bad faith in accordance with Florida law and we will seek the court’s assistance with obtaining specific performance in addition to attorneys’ fees and costs as well as any and all other relief our client is entitled to.

Scheduled plumbing work with Coker Septic. Called them back to confirm on the morning they were scheduled, was told crew would arrive between 10AM and 1PM. Crew never showed up. I was given some lame excuse about broken equipment and miscommunication with a subcontractor. I wasted a full day out of work because of their incompetence and was offered nothing to make up for it.
