The absolutely WORST doctors office! Do yourself a favor and find another dermatologist. The wait time is ridiculous and the staff is disorganized, rude and incompetent. I had 3 moles removed to have biopsied. I waited 3 weeks without hearing anything, so I called to obtain the results… i was placed on hold, transferred around, hung up on and left messages for several different people. The next day I get a call and was told the moles came back as «severe dysplastic nevus» and needed to be surgically removed. The person I spoke with seemed surprised that no one contacted me. The office got the results a week after my appt… why did I wait almost a month for my results… that I had to call for!!! So frustrating!
