Great customer service at this gamestop location!!!
I was immediately greeted by Tony within seconds from walking into the store. I was impressed because he was dealing with other customers, but took the time to greet me and told me he would help me out when he was done with the other customers. I came to this gamestop with my 4 year old son who wanted to purchase a skylander starter set for his xbox 360 and a game for his Nintendo DS 3d. I’m not really up to date with the gaming system, but Tony was very knowledgeable and I took his recommendations. Tony thanks for your great customer service and educating me with your knowledge. I will definitely be coming back to this gamestop.

The guy that answers the phone (Vernon) is a total douchebag. So much so that i refuse to shop there. He should be fired. Called back today, Andrew is much more helpful. I hope he it’s in charge more. Changing rating from one star to two.

If I could write a review without giving any stars this would be it. Tony’s condescending tone and belittling really helped me in my decision to never bring any business to this Gamestop. To the owner, it would be in your best interest to replace him. It is too bad that with this location so close I will go out of my way to go elsewhere.
