I used Diane Holm to prepare my house for sale in Parkland. We were already out of state when we decided to sell our home, so instead of flying back to prepare it for photos, we were convinced that the stager do the work for us. I had some reluctance in having her in my house while I was not there, but Diane reassured me everything would be well taken care and personally overseen by herself. The entire cost of services was $ 450 for her to rearrange my own furniture and re-display my accessories. Upon returning to Parkland to move out of my house in July, I found that our kitchen table had been taken apart and put into our garage without any protection underneath. The entire side of the table was completely ruined since the floor of our garage is rough and unfinished. What designer would do something like that? It would have taken 2 seconds to put a bath towel underneath it. I called Diane today to express my dissatisfaction with her disregard of my personal belongings and she really had nothing to say — not even an apology — and offered no recourse, so I assume she is uninsured. Further, she obviously did not care what happened now that she cashed my check. Think twice about using Diane Holm for your staging and design services! Shame on me that I was too trusting, for not making sure she had insurance, and for sending her a check before I saw the actual result in person.
