9⁄10 times that I go pizzas are NOT ready. Today I decided to call in 15 minutes ahead to solve the issue and when I showed up first they told me that no, I hadn’t called so I must have called the wrong store and then someone in the back remembered that yes I had called but I guess they decided to ignore my order as nothing was ready.
Point: I would not mind waiting if they didn’t advertise it as «hot and ready». Regardless of how low the standard, I do expect any franchise to deliver on their very basic business model.

The young lady with braids just pushed me aside and said I. Off the clock and just left the counter its 7:30 and there’s a line behind me and no one @ the counter

This place is not the most cleanly. There are many stained ceiling tiles, trash on the floor, and a sign that is rusted through at the counter. I told the lady at the counter what I wanted to order and she replied with «you’ll have to wait». And gave me no further instructions as she looked past me and took the next person’s order. It was confusing. A few minutes later a man came up to the counter, asked me what I needed and put it on the counter for me. Not the best service but they got the order right and it tasted fine.

There is no one working but one person, that’s quietly doing her job. The rest of the employees are talking smack and cursing. Walked out.

When your company’s slogan is «Hot and Ready», it should be hot AND ready! We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon to pick up a couple of pizzas before watching the Heat game. There were about 5 people in the small location waiting because there were no pizzas ready. The cashier was less than friendly and we waited about 10 minutes for our pizza. There were four employees in the back but obviously they were not making pizzas. It was definitely hot and yummy but I think they don’t know about the company’s slogan!
