Nice Metro store. The store itself is clean, the staff were respectful and attentive. In a nice, newer strip mall in West Miramar. I would actually go to this one instead of the one in Pines. This will most likely where I go to pay my bill going forward.

Came in here on a Tuesday night with my grandma to help her with an issue she’s been having with her Metro PCS phone. There were two girls working there, who both thoroughly explained to us why the issue was happening and what we could do to fix the issue. Both were very knowledgeable and especially patient with us, as my grandmother needed to take her time to process the information and decide what actions to take. To be honest, I was kind of expecting a lackluster experience before walking into the store just based on other poor experiences I’ve had at other mobile phone stores. However, the employees here proved me wrong and I had a very pleasant experience at this Metro location.
