Everything on the menu is amazing! Small family run business always seems to never disappoint!

Absolutely wonderful for the price. I had ordered food here twice before and I liked it. But today I couldn’t stop eating. I had stuffed grape leaves, which by the way, they were one of the best tasting ones I have had by far. I also had the fatoush salad and it was a great vegetarian Greek fix. Food is great. Must try. It’s a cool little find around the Miramar/Pines area.

This is my local go to gyro place. Authentic Mediterranean food. Love their falafel appetizer, lentil soup and gyro pita. They have a nice outdoor patio area shared by another restaurant. This place is nothing fancy, but has good quality food.

Visited for first time today, having the veggie platter and it is Amazing! Great tasting, true middle eastern food. Huge portion with platter option. Tabbouleh is fresh, light on the bulgur wheat and lots of parsley(the way it is supposed to be). Baba ghanoush is lightly garlicky and tasty, falafel is crunchy outside, soft inside and the taste is spot on. Hummus is fresh, light and creamy. Very pleasant experience. Definitely recommend and I will be back

Pretty good place for fast food Greek. They serve you tons of food and pretty quick. Their hummus is good and comes in different sizes and with different toppings. There’s an outdoor seating area that’s nice.

Wonderful gyro with delicious homemade pita bread. Although it’s a long drive for me, I’ll definitely be back for that and baklava.

My review is based on 3 visits, I like/dislike this place as the food is excellent. Always fresh and large portions. However the staff(including owner) are not very friendly and it does take a while for food to be cooked during lunch it is also slightly high priced. However if you have extra time and catch them on a good day I recommend trying it.

Ordered take out a few nights ago. Food was ok, but nothing super great. I visit another restaurant on Griffin(my big fat greek) which is way better but a bit out of range. The price is a bit high for the quality of food. We will try again, maybe was just a bad night.

Decided to try this place for lunch and I was left extremely disappointed! I placed my lunch order to go(Chicken Kabob) at 1220pm and the store was only slightly busy. I ended up waiting and waiting and waiting for my order. I asked how much longer it would be for the food to be ready and was told that it would only be a couple more minutes. While waiting, I stood there and watched while other customers who had ordered after me received their food. I asked again and was told again that it would be a couple more minutes. At 1242pm I was finally handed my order. At this point I told the cashier that I was dissatisfied with having to wait 22 minutes for my food. She replied by saying that it usually takes 15 minutes for the item that I ordered. While speaking with her, a man who identified himself as the owner approached me and asked me what the problem was. I explained to him that I was dissatisfied with having to wait 22 minutes at which point he became argumentative with me. He told me that it takes 15 minutes for chicken to cook at 365 degrees. This was completely ridiculous and I told him that it does not take 15 minutes to grill a piece of chicken. I then told him that I would not be back again and that I would let others know about the poor service. He then yelled at me and said«Then go to McDonalds and wait 15 minutes for a burger!» I then left and began walking to my car. While walking to my car, he came outside and began to argue with me further. I ignored him and got in to my car only to have him approach my driver door and begin banging on my window. I simply drove off because I don’t have time to argue with anyone. I have never in my life experienced anything like this. To treat a customer this way is unheard of. A simple, «I apologize for the wait» or anything along those lines would have been an appropriate response. But to be yelled at and chased down by the owner was completely insane! I will definitely pass the word on to all of my friends and co-workers to let them know how I was treated. The food was not bad… Average at best. The chicken was completely over cooked and very dry. I imagine this was because they left it on the grill for 20 minutes. The treatment I received completely outweighed this though. VERYDISSATISFIED!

I got a pita sandwich with chicken and beef, it was soooooooooooioooooooooooooo good. Did I mention how good it was? And the salad on the side. With cheese? . The pita bread is really soft and fresh. I’m actually about to go and get me a pita sandwich as soon as I finish getting my eyebrows done.

Since I am Muslim that’s why I have limited options to pick good restaurants. I have been so many desi resturants in last few week, out of which I found Pita shop is one the best restaurant in Miramar Parkway. It has great taste with welcoming staff and especially for those who like spicy and arabic food. This is the best place for you. In addition to that, you should try sherwerma there

3.5 stars. Any restaurant that has«pita» in the name draws my attention. They tend to all serve my kind of food, and this little place serves just what I like. The good: portion size, fluffing-fluffy pitas, humus. The okay: chicken kabobs The bad: price, not having humus as a side for platters, and a $ 3 upcharge if I wanted to substitute my small Greek salad with a small Arabic salad. Portions were huge, but that also bumps the price. Why I hate this: it does not allow me to order a variety of food without shelling out the dough and looking like a fatty eating a feast at a table for one at lunch. I could not eat here without humus, so I end up spending an extra 7 dollars on humus with shawarma(which was great). The Chicken was a little on the bland side, but they did give a lot of meat which is good. Overall, I would come back if I was with some friends so we could spilt some of the extras(and make myself look like less of a fatty).

Love love love. The food was amazing, I was surprised it wasn’t so busy on a Sunday no one was there. Great service & great food can not go wrong with that ! I got the veggie platter it was delightful ! My husband got a streak gyro he really liked it as well. Their tiramisu is obv bought from a bakery but it was good as well, very different to the ordinary tiramisu that I’m used too.

Pita Stop is a diamond in the rough. I have only had the pleasure of taking my meals out but the food has been sensational. We have tried the gyros and the schwarmas, beef and chicken and all have been full of the protein with loads of fresh vegetables and freshly made tzaziki stuffed into a homemade pita We have had several salads which also are Made fresh to order and large enough for two. The vegetarian platter is wonderful with tabuleh, babaganough, hummus, outrageous falafel, and stuffed grape leaves. My only complaint is there never seems to be enough pita Pictures included are from a meal they were getting ready to serve, all looked Delilah and we will try when we eat at the restaurant.

Excellent catering. Delicious items include: — Chicken shawarma(tasty and not dry at all) — Hummus with pita bread they make INTHESTORE!!! — Garlic sauce — pita bread – worth mentioning twice! Rice and salad are standard but really loved the chicken and hummus with pita. Makes delicious leftovers, too.

I’ve been coming here for the last few weeks, at least 1 or 2 times a week. I thought it was time to write a review. The food is spectacular. Everything has a homemade feel to it, and is extremely fresh. The babaganouche(I butchered that spelling I’m sure) is probably the best I ever had. I regularly order the vegetarian platter, which brings babaganouche, hummus, tabbouleh, grape leaves, and falafel, with pita in basket. The pitas are grilled and give it a gorgeous fluffy and smoky flavor, but not at all overpowering. Everything is made on the spot. The chef already knows my face and just starts making that usual whenever I walk in. It’s a very friendly environment, clean, and inviting. Don’t pass up this shop.

Thank you Unilocal for this new gem less than a mile from home! Went there on a sunday night for take out, the owner was the one who take charged of us, very sympathetic and attentive gentlemen! He gave us some Falalel to try for free. We ordered Hummus with Pita, and 2 lamb Gyros. Oh Hummus was so fresh and creamy, with the touch of olive oil, perfect seasoned. The gyros were a scandal. They were huge, with a lot of lamb, so flavorful. The prices are very fear, cheap! Definitively our new spot for mediterranean comfort food!
