I would rate it a zero but I can’t. Worst service I have ever experienced and when I was asking about pricing the last was not only going to charge me 90 for a cut and color but another 65 just for a blow dry. I called corporate and they said it should only be 20 dollars extra and they are now getting me in touch with the district manager. The woman was so rude and when I was trying to explain to her I’ve been to many super cuts before she pretended she didn’t understand me. Save your money and go somewhere else where not only the service is better but they don’t try to steal money from you

This place is always my last option for a hair cut. Because I am in the military, hair cuts are a bi-​weekly event and are taken pretty serious. Today was the LAST time i will go to the one by Kohl’s. I do not speak Spanish and the lady did not speak english very well so she did not fully understand what i was asking for. I asked her not to touch the top and the first thing she did was cut the top. When i got home that my wife pointed out that she had left a patch on the back of my head. After further inspection, you can see multiple patches, wild hairs, and the top is completely uneven.

Great quick place to get a haircut when in a hurry. I have never had to wait for more than maybe one person ahead of me. Everyone is extremely nice and know what they are doing. They are always recommending new products which is nice (even though I’m sure they have to).

I know this is Miami, but i’d think the people cutting hair should speak English she had no idea what I was saying.

Easy in easy out. I’ve yet to wait more than 15 minutes to get a haircut at this location and happy with Maria’s work. Only negative would be that they don’t speak much english here so that could be a problem for non spanish speaking natives.
