I needed a hold for pick location so I had UPS send it here. When the package arrived I got a courtesy call from them telling me the package was ready and BTW there is a $ 5.00 fee for that. I was surprised. Called other locations in west pines same thing. I understand this is a business and they need to make money where they can, but people have choices. For me next time I will drive a few miles east and have my hold for pick up at the FedEx location on Commerce Parkway. UPS Store location accepts pre-​paid UPS boxes which is convenient.

Makes for a convenient UPS drop off spot in the Miramar area. The store is located in the Monarch Lakes shopping plaza right next to Publix. I think that their prices are more than your standard shipping places since it is a franchise, but I usually pre-​pay my packages anyways and just use this place for drop off… They make money off all packages dropped off their anyways so they still make their cut…
