After my order went trough a few days later they sending me an email saying the order was ready to pick up. They claim that in the process of check out i select the pick up option (which i never see it) i explained them i can’t go and pick it up so thats when they ask for more money in order to ship it to me.
I didn’t felt comfortable giving more cash for my order already done so that when i ask them to cancel the order and gave me a refund, not only they not gonna give me a full refund because of the material they used they also require me to fill a cancelation form and fax it back.
I explained them i do not have a printer or fax to get this done, that will require me to go to another place like office depot in order to do it and for the amount of the refund it was not worth it.
Until now they still have the merchandise and my money. I opted to leave thing like that. I am feeling scammed i will never do business with this place again and i will not recommend this place to anyone.
