Prices are way too expensive. They have all of a sudden increased their prices by over 40%. When I asked for the price on services for a full leg waxing, $ 60. Down the street at Senses it is $ 44.00. Full leg, bikini and underarm quoted at $ 125.00, at Senses it is $ 88.00. They have horrible customer service and have lost most of their technicians. Their rate of attrition is keeping up with their prices. Will not be going back. I should have quit a long time ago but their location was way too convenient and Roxy, the technician was awesome. I do not recommend nor will I continue to visit this establishment.

Great amazing place. They always have discounts and their wax is fantastic and so smooth. Now they offer new products to exfoliate and moisturize my skin. Love it

How can I add zero for today’s experience lol no, but seriously I’ve come here three times because the location is convenient to my job… buuuttttt they never adjusted my points = no discount for booking online and all my previous services (although the last 3 front desk ladies said they would correct my account. Never happened). The last 3 visits they have managed to finish making a mess out of eyebrows! @$&x€^! The front desk girl has no customer service skills. Needless to say: I’m out and never again!

There are sometimes when they do not do a good job but for the most part they do a decent job. I rated here a 2 star because of the customer service. The front desk staff is always rude. They are not accommodating and have altered my appointments. Multiple times I’ve called to book appointments and when I arrive it is not found. I do not recommend

Love coming here when needed!!! Amazing staff, easy to schedule appointments. They are very respectful and helpful and know what they’re doing highly recommend them for those intimate area waxes :)

My only problem with this Uni K. is that they never have openings that fit my schedule (basically, during lunch hours)…but otherwise, it is very clean and the staff is very professional. The wax they use is great and doesn’t hurt as badly as places that use the strips.
