Purchased/Ordered a radio for my car on 11÷20÷15, was told it would be in by 11÷26÷15. Called 11÷30÷15, was told it would be in by 12÷04÷15 at the latest for an install on 12÷05÷15. Still had not received a phone call that I was promised by two different representatives, so I finally came in on 12÷17÷15. My radio was there and had been there for God knows how long, but luckily they did an installation right then and there and I received $ 40 back from the original quote I paid. On the way home from ABC Warehouse(when it was getting dark), I noticed my dash lights were half-out. I called in right aware to report the problem and that I would be back the next day(12÷18÷15) to have it checked. «Jack» the guy who installed my radio, told me that he didn’t do it, and it was just«coincidence» that they happened to stop working when my radio was installed, and that I can expect that from my «piece of crap» car. Manager apathetic the entire time, obviously not interested in helping. Save yourself the trouble, just go to the ABC Warehouse in Elkhart. That’s what I should have done in the first place. Will not be back.
