My husband stopped in with our 2010 BMW 335 diesel for an emergency oil change. The owner personally drove to his parts supplier to pick up the specialty oil & filters required for this vehicle while I waited. Great customer service — highly recommend this business. Shop was neat as a pin.

To be honest, I first went to this auto garage because the owner also pictures his wife on his advertisements. I figured that any man who respects his wife that much would not let his mechanics be cruel, belittle, or lie to female customers. The owner and the manager are really nice men. They explain everything they are doing, which shows me that the process need not be a mystery and that they do not assume I know zip about cars. I was even offered a ride home one day when my car would have to stay at the shop over night. I only lived a mile away and was going to walk, but it was almost 100 degrees outside. There are only two things I wish were a little different: I wish the price of the oil change included the shop costs and the waste disposal (but I think doing it the way A-​Plus Auto does is normal in the industry) and I wish that using the diagnostic tool didn’t cost so much. Places like Auto Zone use a similar tool for free, though it isn’t as specific. This also might be normal in the industry, but I always feel funny about a diagnosis tool that costs $ 50-​$ 60 to use and then find it’s a $ 7 part, for example.
