Not very clean! Washer depensers were all mold, it was nasty. Half their washers and dryers were out of order. Wouldn’t recommend or come back here!

Not only did the worker scream at several guests, literally making my heart race cause I was so nervous, she’s currently on the phone loudly complaining to her boss about the customers… So if that’s not clear enough, DO NOT go here. Insanely unprofessional and literally kind of scary

I’m in here currently and I think it will be the last time. The clerk was verbally abusive to a male guest locking him out of the place early then berated him as he walked in. It made me feel unsafe. With such a lack of customer service due to the clerk hanging out with her man friend it was a horrible experience. I never like dry cleaners and this place has confirmed my distaste. I would not recommend this location of burtons laundry.

South Bend, IN
This laundromat is clean, safe, quick, easy to use and the people who work there seemed friendly. There is a change machine and plenty of room to sort and fold. There were lots of sizes of washers and they all worked. No problems whatsoever. I will make this my regular laundromat.
