Don’t waste your time shopping here. I like to support local businesses, so I stopped at their shop to order flowers for a special occasion. Sign on the door said they opened at 9:30 a.m. and it was 10 a.m. when I was there… and they still weren’t open. Sign on the door also said to «ring bell» if door is locked, so I did that and still no one answered. Maybe they are no longer in business? Anyway, complete waste of my time.

I placed an order from Creations From the Heart online for Mother’s Day (about two weeks in advance). I was looking to change up my order to a more local vendor, close to where my mother lives. I’ve used Pro Flowers in the past, and they are hit or miss in terms of quality and also charge steep delivery charges. I ordered a tulip arrangement from Creations of the Heart for my mother and was pretty happy with the way it turned out. I really liked that there was free delivery for local orders. It was also great that they send you a picture of the flowers that they deliver.

Linda was a tremendous help with a last minute Mother’s Day bouquet request from Los Angeles. My mom lives in Mishawaka and I live in LA. Forgetting about the 3 hour time difference, I called and was surprised to have Linda answer the phone after standard business hours.
She was kind and very accommodating to my last minute request. She even sent me a photo showing me what the bouquet looked like. (I will upload pic)

Linda is awesome as were all the items she made for my friend’s wedding.

A half dozen times I’ve ordered flowers from Linda for my mother, who lives in South Bend. Each time Linda has been service-​oriented and made helpful suggestions that met my budget and taste. When I made an online order, she even called me to verify I would get what I wanted. In the future, I’ll just call her directly. Great florist!
