I ordered the shoes in my normal size and they were too small– they slipped right off in the back, which may have been due to the size or just a problem with the shoes in general. I e-​mailed at least 4 times over the course of 4 months asking for their return mailing address, since strangely they don’t provide it on the website, and I never received a reply. On the webpage FAQs they make it sound as if returns are easy «no questions asked,» to quote the site, when you actually need to return something they make it impossible and just run off with your money. As far as I can tell this company is a total scam.

ok, increasing it by a star. they finally mailed me a refund check!
i bought a pair but they were 2 left shoes. they later sent me a right foot shoe, but the color was mismatched. so i returned the shoes & asked for a refund! they sent a lip-​service email with no action. after nine months, i’ve yet to receive my refund. just keep the money, you’ve lost my business forever.
