Lane Bryant

I LOVE lane Bryant in general, well really just there bras and such, I only where their bras and I love them, have been to quite a few over the years and always had a good time. This visit however was shockingly poor. Now I don’t like when the sales attendance follow you around the store asking what they can do to help. But I wasn’t even greeted when coming in the store, and there was only one other person there. I needed help finding my bra size in their cluttered drawers but failed to get anyone’s attention for over 10 minutes. And I was being obvious about it. There were four attendance in the store all with their backs to the door and the desk. Finally another attendant came out from the back so nice and immediately came over to ask what I needed. She then help me the rest of my visit and was very nice. While I was checking out I was standing at the desk with my purchases for a good 3 or 4 minutes again being blatantly ignored by three staff members. The nice lady who helped me before came running from the front of the store when she noticed this and checked me out. As soon as another customer walked up the attendance that had been ignoring me turned around and greeted her. I’m not sure what I did to be treated this way, I was polite and intended on purchasing quite a few bras that day. I was shocked by my treatment from all except that one employee. I intend on calling Lane Bryant corporate, and I’m not usually one that makes a fuss over customer service.
