They sell mattresses. You walk in, if you know what you’re looking for, they show it to you, and let you lay down on one, to see if it’s for you. I’m a fan, because they’re neat and clean. No frills, they just do what they do, and they do it well. They don’t get 5 stars because they push delivery on you, and don’t spell out the differences between their products. Delivery was only $ 40, and it was the next day. The guys were early (luckily I was home, and awake), they were polite, courteous and help you move the old mattress (they’ll even take it away for free, but my old one was good enough to get $ 25 in a garage sale someday, so I kept it). All in all, it was a pleasant, and easy experience if you go in knowing what you want.

Shopped several stores for two queen sets that I needed right away. Aaron at Mattress Firm was far and away the most helpful person I met. He was the lone person in the store and was not only knowledgeable, but listened to what I wanted and saved me a lot of time while giving me a great deal. I needed delivery the next day and he followed through to be sure all was well. When I called to add a third set on the morning of delivery he followed through to be sure it happened. As it happened, because of my last minute change, the last set was not on the truck. Andrew then stepped in and delivered personally within an hour. Go there.
