Beyond my expectations! This was a gift from my husband and without much direction from me other than I wanted a massage for my birthday/​Christmas. From the first phone call to schedule my appointments to the moment I left after all services were complete I felt pampered, loved and cared for like I’d never been before. My anti aging facial was first and I have to say it’s the best facial I’ve ever received. Calming and quiet and peaceful are words I’d use to describe the experience. Next was my Swedish massage and THAT was straight heavenly. Period. Lastly was my pedicure and I’m positive I floated into the chair instead of walking. Everyone I experienced are complete professionals at what they do. I sipped hot green tea with honey in between my services and listened to the tranquil music they play throughout the salon. Honestly, I can’t say a single negative thing about my experience. I intend on visiting again and telling everyone I know about it!

What an amazing hidden gem in Mishawaka! We were greeted with a warm smile, offered tea or hot water. The lady for the facials called in sick but the rest of our package was amazing! The massage therapist went above and beyond and I’ve never felt more relaxed! And the pedicure was definitely by far the best pedicure I’ve ever had. I would definitely come back to this place any time I’m in town. What a relaxing atmosphere.

Love this place! So welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. The décor is beautiful and calming. I got an anti aging facial and my skin was glowing for days. Already booked my next appointment!

Utter and complete relaxation. I can’t describe Italy better than that. Except maybe if I add in the word perfect.
From the moment I walked in the door, the receptionist (Shaina) greeted me with a warm smile and offered me hot tea or water and sat me down in a warm and inviting waiting area. My pedicurist, Mary, was prompt and very welcoming.
The pedicure itself was amazing. I partook in the Heel Your Sole pedicure and it was just what I needed. I was offered a neck warmer and a warm eye mask to aid in my relaxation right off the bat. After letting me just relax for a few minutes the pedicure began. I chose my color, was massaged, scrubbed and pampered to my hearts content.
I honestly cannot wait to do this again and book more services at Selah. I am thrilled beyond belief and my toes and feet feel absolutely amazing!

Selah Day Spa is wonderful! After having lived in Manhattan, Chicago and London for most of my life, my expectations of finding a decent spa in South Bend/​Granger/​Mishawaka were quite low. A girlfriend and I found Selah Day Spa recently when we were looking to get facials. What a pleasant surprise! The spa is impeccably clean, the staff is warm and welcoming, and the treatments are lovely! I’ve been back three times in the last two months. This is by far the best spa in the Michiana area, and definitely one of the best spas I’ve been to in the US! I promise you, you won’t be disappointed!

I went to Selah Day Spa for the first time last week for a facial and had an AMAZING experience! Trish Kaczmarek was extremely helpful! Not only did she give me an amazing facial, but she also recommended products for my skin type and I have never felt better! I have acne prone skin and I have tried just about every product out there, none of which have helped. It has only been a week since my facial and using their products and my skin looks and feels amazing!:)

Selah is a wonderfully relaxing place. The facials are magical, and the massages are also excellent. The staff is well trained and the atmosphere is soothing. What more could one ask for. I ask for a Selah Gift Certificate for every occasion!

Fabulous facials! If you love an organic facial this is the place. The spa focuses on full body wellness, not ripping your skin off with chemicals– which has it’s own time and place. My facial was relaxing and soothing. I received a rejuvenating foot and leg massage while my mask settling. I was glowing and felt completely relaxed.

This is an amazing spa. The employees are very attentive and friendly and do an amazing job. I’ve been to Selah for wax, facials, and massages, and I will continueto return because its the best spa in the area.

I came here in February of this year while visiting my daughter. I had a massage and facial. It’s a cute day spa. I was welcomed and immediately got pampered. I highly recommend this place. I’ll be back soon!

Wow. I can’t believe this place has been here for so many years and I just now discovered it!!! I had a 90 minute Swedish massage with Cathi this morning and it was fabulous. The minute I walked in, I knew I had found my new spot. The décor is beautiful and they just finished an expansion that added four more treatment rooms and another bathroom. Cathi was nice enough to give me a tour. There is no locker room so you will undress in the treatment room, which was quite spacious and very comfortable. After my massage, I was sat in a cozy, quiet area outside the room I was in and enjoyed a glass of water. I have been to many spas in the area and have just not been 100% satisfied, until today! Can’t wait to go back!

My husband got me a gift certificate for Selah a little over a year ago. I had never even heard of the place, so I was a little skeptical. However, my experience was wonderful. I had The Fusion, which is a combo facial/​back and leg massage. From the moment I walked through the door it was just very peaceful and everyone there from the time you arrive until you leave, treats you as if you are the only client they have. I have been there a few times since and always look forward to it. The only downside I have encountered is that it is diffcult to get an appointment unless you book far in advance, and I don’t do that because I only get massages when I feel like I really need one. But even if they can’t get me in right away, it is worth the wait!

I’ve been here 4 times now all for massage! I like the décor and ambiance… only downfalls is that it isn’t a very large facility. Meaning there is only one waiting/​reception room and no locker room, you get undressed in your room, no big deal. I enjoy my massages here better, but i find myself torn sometimes, because their prices are comparable to JaRoss who offer a steam room, hot tub and have a «quiet room» along with a locker room and shower… So it’s a toss up. Like i said, i do receive a better massage here though, Sarah is my favorite. She is the best i have ever had in the area and i get massages often…
