I had a really positive experience here. I have not bought anything yet so I don’t feel as if I can give a full on 4 or 5 star rating until we continue the furniture buying process. However, I plan to go back simply because of my experience with customer service here. 1. The prices are awesome. 2. From what I can see the quality is excellent as well. 3. Each department we went into had a helpful, smiling face ready to help us WHENWENEEDED. I wanted to stress that because so far in our furniture buying adventures it seems to be pretty commonplace to follow around potential customers like vultures hoping to score the deal. They let me sit on the couches in peace to day dream about how the furniture would fit into my new home :):) See ya soon Sofa Mart!

We bought a sofa, recliner, accent chair and 2 end tables 2 years ago. After a year, the cushion my husband sat on, on the couch caved in. Sofa Mart sent a repair man to replace the cushion. Again a year later, the same thing. We stopped by and they told us to go through the manufacturer. After emailing them pictures and all of the information they denied our claim. We went back to the store and spoke to the manager. We were told that the couch had been discontinued due to this exact problem and remodeled by their company. Yet, they ignored our emails and phone calls. After 3 months they agreed to replace the couch. At the same time we had a huge Crack in the bonded leather on the chair. We even purchased fabric protection. They refused to replace it at first. Finally the store manager told me that they would give me store credit for the chair, but that it was his last day there and the assistant manager would take care of us. We went back the following weekend to pick out a new chair, only to be told that he would give us 60 percent of the purchase price store credit. A little bait and switch? After all that we had been through in the last 3 months, it sure felt like it. We brought home the new recliner, lugged it up the steps into the house(we brought it home ourselves because we just wanted to be done with them) just to unwrap it and find out it was the wrong chair! We went back and the manager said he couldn’t send us the right chair until he got the other one back. So here I sit with the wrong piece and have to not only wait 3 days for the delivery of the right piece, but probably have to sit home all day long on delivery day waiting. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Anywhere else!
