Not a very great place to get your hair done. The service was great but the outcome of my hair was not that great. The hair dresser did my“ombré” and it was, choppy, yellow, and not well blended at all. I went there twice to get my hair redone but after the second appointment it was still really bad. They also charged me for them to fix their mistake. In total it was almost 200 dollars dollars. I would definitely go back for the make up but not the salon.

The store is great, I love it. It’s great to be able to buy so many types of beauty items in one place.
The salon is OK but overpriced. I’ve had no problems with the services I received there, but there are other salons that do as well or better and charge less.

Very disappointed with my last visit. I went to get my hair trimmed and keep in mind A have short boy haircut. I was charged $ 47! Not worth it! The stylist didn’t even wash my hair or style it, all she did take the scissors and chopped away, left hair all over me, and over charged me! Not happy at all, I could have gone to a cheap hair salon and got the same hair cut for $ 13. I won’t be returning back!

Everything about this store is awesome. They have a variety of brands. The way the store is set up it’s easy to find what your looking for. Employees are always very helpful if you can’t find what you need or want a suggestion.

The «make up artist» was very rude and condescending. I’ve been a make up artist for 5 years and when I questioned what she said, she was very defensive and said, «I’m a make up artist!» Well I am too, toots and you have no idea what the basics of highlight and contour are. Not all highlights must contain shimmer. I guess she missed that day of makeup school. I only shop there for NYX products because Sephora is much nicer and their artists are true artists and always listen to me. I believe I will be ordering all my NYX online from now on.

A woman working there was overbearing in trying to sell me her $ 20 facial. She claimed she’d been doing facials for 18 years, yet she knew nothing about face products. Very unhelpful and rude once I told her I didnt want a facial. I was going to spend over $ 150, but decided not to because of her.
GO TO SEPHORA instead, I spent my money there, and VERY happy I did. Sephora associates know what they’re talking about and very helpful.
