Update — the extra meat varies on the type of sandwich from .70ea to $ 1.00ea ounce. The person who quoted $ 2.65ea ounce was mistaken and probably new. Again great place to go to! Love the service and food!

The customer service here is great! Very friendly workers and definitely helped me and my boyfriend pick out what to eat for our first time here. I had the farmhouse salad and it was okay. The tomatoes where not fresh and the balsamic dressing wasn’t good at all but I ordered a roast beef sandwich protein styled and that was very good a lot better than what I expected. The food came out extremely fast which was great and the prices where also fair ! Definitely will be back for the roast beef sandwich but, not for the salad.

This was the worst experience at a fast food joint I ever had… that’s saying something… how can you make bad curly fries… worst service as well, with the young employees flirting rather than taking my order, making a decent sandwich or serving it… there was so much Dijon mustard on my bacon steak sandwich, I couldn’t even go past 2 bites… How do you f$&@ up an original roast beef, they did… I was already home or I would let them have s piece of my mind… worst $ 22.00 I ever spent…

Long time Arby’s fan, I have not been to one in a few years, as there are no location nearby work or home. Found out about the secret menu a year ago and been meaning to try it. Was in Mission Hills all this week for training and while in search of Starbucks, found this location. Confirmed that Meat Mountain is still available, I ordered one and waited with great anticipation. When it arrived I was impressed with the visual of the sandwich. It was difficult to take the first bite as this sandwich is a monster; it’s about 6 inches tall. You have to press down firmly on the buns and stretch your mouth as much as you can. I realized if you take out the chicken tenders, sandwich is much more manageable. You do have to apply the Arby’s sauce and horseradish to each bite since the sandwich is just all meat and cheese. In conclusion, I enjoyed the beast and now I can check off my to-do list, but probably will not order it again. It is just too much meat, ratio is off, unbalanced. Staff are great here, from the friendly young lady who took the order to the manager-ish looking young man who brought the food, they provide very personal and welcoming service that makes me want to drive the 15 miles just to come here again. 3 stars for the Meat Mountain, 5+ for the service!

This Arby’s is amazing. The food comes out so fast. They are really into customer service. After I ordered they came thru offering mints. They bring your food to your table. This Arby’s looks like it has the same business plan as In and Out Burgers, in that you know the employees are happy working there, and not the apathetic attitude you get from workers at most of the other fast food places. If you go here and youre happy with your food and service, be sure to «ring the bell» on your way out. They will say Thank You. By the way. The bell? Its always ringing at this Arby’s.

Just stopped by with my family, my first time trying Arbys, and we were nicely greeted by everyone in the front. Cashier was very nice and patient. The wait wasn’t too long and our food was brought to us. Food was nice and fresh, over all good tasting. This Arbys changed my perspective of Arbys. They even have this cute bell to ring if service was satisfactory.

Stopped in for a fast meal to eat while driving since I had the little one in the back. Overall, I had a good experience at the drive through. The girl who took my order convinced me to try the new Italian sandwich and said that it was delicious and that she had it 4 days in a row. She was sweet and friendly and I always appreciate that sort of service!

This is what drive thrus should be about. Super friendly. Food is hot and freshly prepared. Best sammich? Beef n cheddar mid and onion rings. Onions are so good and cooked to order.

We come here during all hours of the day, and the staff is always polite and friendly. Most importantly the place is clean, and they work hard at keeping it that way. I have never had a problem with an order, it’s always correct and I’m kind of picky with what I order. It’s about a twenty minute drive from my house, but well worth it when we want something fast.

In my head, I LOVE Arby’s and due to lack of nearby locations, absence makes the memories grow fonder, but unfortunately, the first bite never lives up to the romanticized flavorful treat your mind has being pining for; For this reason, the absences grow longer between visits. I attribute this to growing older and appreciating higher quality food, but in a flip-of-the-bird to aging, I will always come back occasionally to get my fix! The prices are still reasonable, but I doubt my beloved 5 for $ 5 grubbings will be seen again.

I’ve been going to this Arby’s since it opened in 1966. My mom saw it, called my dad at work, and all of us(2 parents and 4 kids) came here for dinner – I was 10 at the time! The service is par excellence, without fail. In these nearly 50 years of coming, I only had one badly prepared(sloppily prepared) meal, and was forced to complain. If you care about a business, you tell them the problem; if you don’t care, you just don’t come back. Anyway, I got a personal letter from the Franchisee(Mr.) Kim Cascio, and the manager Joel Pelayo, which is certainly nice. And, nicer than a «form letter.» I shall return.

The sweetest and most welcoming employees work at this location! They have this bell at the front door that states to ring it if you had good service. While I sat there I kept hearing it non-stop! Unfortunately I was a big fan of the roast beef and cheddar sandwich BUT I am a big fan of the location and the employees here! Thanks for making my FIRST Arby’s experience memorable!

It take a lot for me to get motivated to write a review these days, but I just have to take the time to say that I have eaten in many expensive restaurants from Istanbul to San Francisco and the service at this Arby’s outshines them all. The manager, whose name I sadly cannot recall right now, is probably one of the greatest customer-service professionals I have ever encountered. I am not joking — go and see for yourself. Why is it I get incredible service buying a $ 6 combo at Arby’s and am treated like an afterthought when I put down $ 100 Osteria Mozza? And his care and attentiveness is demonstrated also by his staff. Probably the nicest fast-food workers you will ever meet. The place is spotless. The manager should be doing training for the restaurant industry. When people say there’s no jobs, what they’re really saying is there’s no job that they want. Most people would not want to run an Arby’s, for example. But this man does it and does it well and I would bet that he is paid six figures for it. He’s a great inspiration and example of how if you work hard and are dedicated you can succeed no matter what. Well-done Mr. Arby’s of Mission Hills Manager! We come here partly for the food but mostly for the service. I actually feel better for eating here, no joke.

My first time in Arby’s went through the drive thru and ordered a turkey club combo. The service was fast and the girl who helped me was nice too. I liked the sandwich but their fries tasted a little stale, they didn’t taste all that fresh. I might jist stick to just ordering a sandwich only if I come back. Love that they have tropicana lemonade! My favorite drink!

I received great customer service through the drive thru. I was greeted at the ordering box and it was almost like they were singing their greeting to me. I They introduced me to a new hamburger called Brown sugar bacon burger which had brown sugar bacon, black forest ham and honey mustard. You have a choice of unique sides, which i choosed the garlic chips. They were so nice., I was planning on ordering something different they were so fabolous I order what ever they suggested. It was two of them who said that burger taste very good. I Drove up to pay for my order and the young lady had a beautiful smile as she was offering me extra condiments. The food was excellent and taste very fresh. I am a fan.

I am going to repeat myself again and say this. The service at this location is just AMAZING. I mean every single employee from the cashier to the cooks and managers are incredible. I give them 5STARS Plus. I really wish other restaurants can learn from these guys at this Arby’s. I want to give a special thank you to Ashlie, she is the cashier that took my order. She was having a headache and with that she continued on providing an excellent service. Her big smile and positive attitude is added bonus to the taste of the food. NEWSANDWICHFORTODAY: +++LOADEDITALIAN+++ Toasted roll filled with salami, pepperoni, ham, Swiss cheese, onions, tomatoes, banana pepper, lettuce and garlic aioli. I also added 2 oz of RB. Very tasty and big enough sandwich. +++MEATMOUNTAIN+++ I found out about this today while watching a video. This sandwich is not on the menu but you can ask for it if you are REALLYHUNGRY. Loaded with roast beef, turkey, ham, brisket, chicken, chicken tender, bacon, Swiss cheese and american cheese on a Hawaiian bun. This sandwich is huge weighing more than a pound and it was really tasty according to my friend. Another good day at Arby’s. Remember to ring the bell if you enjoyed the food, just to send a message of happiness and satisfaction to the crew.

Always make sure to double check your bag, once you receive your food. Customer service: It was friendly and quick, which was perfect to me. Food: Definitely do not pass on their onion rings for $ 3+ the onion rings were large. Also, the #16 ham and chicken burger was delicious! But!!! We didn’t receive one of our burgers and had to drive back to get it. We pulled up to the drive through and explained to them what had happen. Got to the window and the supervisor immediately said that they«didn’t charge us for our roast beef sandwich on the #16.» I told them yes you did, it was $ 1.19. I thought that was rude because they assumed we were trying to be free loaders. Then three of their employees stared at me as if I was crazy. I am pretty sure that this establishment doesn’t deserve a 3 stars but from the experience I had, I wouldn’t doubt giving them 3 stars.
