I can’t be happier with the work ethic, consistent growth within the interaction of our therapist and out daughter. The Professionalism sets the bar for most with showing up to the appoint on time, maximizing the time allotted by starting the session within seconds of walking in, never cutting a session short, and getting my daughter to engage despite toddler mood swings! As a parent with little to no consideration for blurred speech but since the sessions I now hear clear words and some sentence structure. Whats most important is that my daughter is proactive in wanting to use the words or the recognition that she has learned from the sessions. Lastly the constructive feedback was important to me. Its delivered respectfully and in a way that makes you feel included in the process as part of the team. Side note: the toys are always clean and like new, and there are always something new to keep my daughters attention.

Excel Speech and Language is awe– inspiring. Natalie has worked with a client of mine who has autism and Natalie is not only understanding and complassionate, she has an innate talent. She has helped to improve my clients speech progress with her creative methods.
