QOZI-HABASH TEDMUR MD

I am a caregiver to my Aunt who has Parkinson’s. Dr. Qozi is quite frankly exactly what my Aunt needed here as she moved here from Arizona. Initially we came into her office with so many issues regarding medications, needing referrals, etc. Over the past few months we have gotten every question answered, every referral taken care of and most of all the doctor is very kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and really… everything you want your doctor to be. She listens carefully to the issues, doesn’t rush you in and out. The staff has been professional and kind as well. I really love her bedside manner, but most of all. my Aunt really feels comfortable with her and trusts her.

I was ready to leave Lakeside Medical Group as I was very unhappy with my primary care physician, and then had the opportunity to meet Dr. Qozi-​Habash. She is the only reason I am still with them. I think she is thorough, compassionate, and competent. She always seems prepared and aware of my health issues when she steps in the examining room and I never feel rushed. Not only do I see her, I have been taking my 89 year old mom (with Alzheimer’s) to see her for the past 4 years. She is wonderful and patient with her. The few problems I have had I believe have been because of the support staff (or lack thereof), not Dr. Qozi. I would highly recommend her.

She saw the husband this month for his physical and we are completely baffled. She hustled him out the door in less than ten minutes, didn’t do a proper prostate or hernia check like every other doctor does, and failed to note on the lab slip that he was to have a PSA test done along with the other lab tests when she said she was going to order it based on the list of symptoms discussed and a copy of last year’s labs from his prior doctor. As a result of this, no one in our family will return to this office. We think maybe she only wants to see women, or maybe I got the better treatment because of my connections to the hospital across the street. A formal complaint is being filed with Lakeside corporate.
