Alex Gutierrez – On Q Financial

I’m a Realtor who has been referring my clients to Mr. Gutierrez since 2007 and have closed dozens of transactions with him during that time. I have never worked with someone as professional, knowledgeable, courteous, diligent and ethical in the mortgage business as Mr. Gutierrez. I’ve seen him repeatedly step in and «save the day» for folks when their lender of choice couldn’t get the job done. Mr. Gutierrez understands the nuances of how to structure loans for his customers so that they are able to obtain mortgages even with the challenges that come with today’s lending environment. He is thorough and gathers all documentation up front so there are no nasty surprises that pop up in the middle of a purchase transaction. Very few loan officers do this, but it is really the only appropriate manner in which to approach a pre-​approval. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Gutierrez. My best advice to consumers is to save yourselves from the trouble and financial risk of going with a lender from your bank, credit union or the internet, and allow this seasoned professional to take you successfully through your home purchase from start to finish!
