Array Skin Therapy

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Array Skin Therapy and their amazing staff! We have a very busy schedule and appointments are so difficult for us. I’ve found Array to be so accommodating, even for same-​day appointments. My son has had amazing results with his Alopecia and I attribute a lot of that to the treatment he receives at Array! I highly recommend Array for their expertise and bend-​over-​backwards attitude to do their best for you all the time!!!

Not such a bad experience to begin with, I went in for a free consultation and the staff seemed friendly and helpful. Base on what seemed to be solid advice I decided against pursuing treatment.
Weeks later, someone from the office contacted me and asked if I would like to set up treatments. Though I had decided against treatment, they convinced me that their office scheduling was very flexible and most importantly that my treatments would be covered 100% by my insurance. Based on that, I decided to give treatment a chance.
After my first visit, I tried to set up another visit and found their schedule was anything but flexible and that they could only see me at 9:30am on Thursdays. I left the office and decided that I would not set up any further visits.
A few months later I started receiving emails regarding an outstanding invoice for over a $ 100 dollars from the clinic. I replied that I had been told my insurance would cover 100% of my treatment and still they kept sending me invoices.
Apparently now they have decided to escalate their attempt to collect on this ridiculous charge as they have begun to call me at work.
Basically this clinic is a scam, they will say whatever they can to get you to come in, and then hound you incessantly. I’ve had more honest dealings with used car salesmen.

Array skin therapy facility and all the staff are professional, polite and very positive people. The environment of the facility is comfortable and they do a good job of keeping everything clean and well kept up. They are well versed in insurance and do a good job communicating any insurance issues. All The technicians that administer the phototherapy that I use to help alleviate my psoriasis symptoms are very professional and careful, and I find they have a very positive attitude. I have gone to array therapy for about 7 months and am pleased with the results I have achieved as a result of going to array therapy.
