Amazing customer service. George was so nice and patient with me and my sampling. The place is so clean all the time. I live in RSM and try to drive10 minutes to come here because of the employees great attitude. Love this store. Thank you guys. Specially George.

Kimberly and Brenda were awesome. They were fun, happy, and very nice to deal with. My girlfriend Hannah had made a selection and ended up liking it as much as she first did. They were happy to fix it for her. You guys earned a 5 star.

Wondered why the parking lot outside the BR and the lights were dark in the store on a Friday night at 9:15pm. Hours on the website state that it is open until 10pm. Walked in anyway with family waiting in the car, and was told by the staff member there, «I decided to close early tonight.» No apology or explanation, and when I asked if she was the manager, she hesitated, and said, «Yes.» Difficult to believe that a store manager would close early on a Friday night during the summer, probably one of the best nights of the week for sales. As I left the store several cars had pulled up, including one full of teenagers. All were disappointed to learn that the store had ‘closed early’. We counted about 5 cars with multiple people inside that drove by to check out the BR in the few minutes we were there. Like them, we went elsewhere to spend our money on ice-​cream.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received when looking for a cake for my son’s 5^th birthday. I was specifically looking for a Power Rangers cake for my son’s birthday, and looked at bakeries, grocery stores, and here. Since Power Rangers are no longer as popular as they once were, no one had the design. The manager/​owner was really helpful in saying that if I brought in a pictures and some toys, they would be able to make it. I decided that since they provided such good service during my initial visit to go ahead and order the cake. The cake looked fantastic, and just like the picture. During the entire process, I dealt with two employees and the cake designer and all of them were extremely personable and helpful. My son was so excited to see his cake, and everyone said it was delicious.

Came in when I was craving some soft serve. There was one kid working and he greeted us when we came in, but we didn’t know what we wanted yet, so he went over and did something else, but didn’t keep a good eye to know when we were ready to order. I asked for one of the Oreo soft serve parfaits. Without a word, he walked away to the back. When he came back in a minute or so he informed us they only had the mini size. Didn’t offer to make the parfait in another cup or anything (even though they clearly had several more). We eventually decided what we wanted. I got one of their small 31 and below things, which is basically a thick milkshake. Not really what I was in the mood for. My boyfriend just got two scoops in a cup and he enjoyed those. Ended up leaving full but not satisfied.

Just stopped by Baskin Robbins after the game with the girls soccer team, and had a terrible experience. One of the kids got a wad of paper in their cone, and the worker just chalked it up to the packaging. No sorry, no replacement cone or anything. Don’t give your money to this Baskin robbins. Would give it negative stars if I could.

Yuk. Didn’t look inviting. Like u want to just take it to go. Ice cream taste old and smoothie tasted like home made ice cream with milk and ice. Asked if they had a ramp and no one knew what I was talking about. Not going back.

I’ve stopped in here several times to pick up a last minute ice cream cake for parties. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I’ve honestly never had a problem with service. Sometimes it can be a bit slow moving when you ask for something written on the cake, but that’s fine. At least that means they’re not rushing thus running the risk of a mistake.

My kids and I love ice cream, and this is our favorite place. There is also a Togo’s inside and we get sandwiches and ice cream for desert.
All the staff are nice and friendly, and seem to appreciate the customers. There has been a 31 flavors location in this center for 30 plus years, but not sure if it is the exact same store. The store is under new management (a couple years maybe) and I think they are doing a nice job,
On one occasion, we went to another BR and got terrible service and attitude, so I just want to say this location on Marguerite is great and has our loyal ice cream business.

Baskin Robins makes me happy. Seriously, their Cappacino Blasts are outrageous. This place has that going for it. What it doesn’t have going for it is the guys that work there aren’t very friendly, you can tell they don’t want to work there.

Okay I am going to give this place a very generous review on their ice cream because… I LOVE IT WHEN THEY HAVE THE ONE SCOOP FOR $ 0.31!!! AND… you can buy more than one! WOOT WOOT!
So at least you know they participate in the events and they actually move pretty efficiently during those hectic times.
Other than that I would give this place a Mmmm Okay 3 Stars. I only come here when they send out those great coupons! Baskin Robins is a solid ice cream chain and makes me nostalgic. It’s no Scoops, but it’s still good. Hey we are in boring OC/​MV, we gotta settle for what we can get. =P
