Diversified Medical Equipment and Supplies (DMES) Inc. is a provider of medical equipment and supplies to home care professionals and the public. DMES promises to bring you great quality at an affordable cost. We only partner with manufacturers of premium quality products. We buy in large quantities so that we can pass on the savings to you! We sell and rent home medical equipment and supplies. We carry lift chairs, power scooters, hospital beds, adjustable beds, wheelchairs, wound care, knee braces, pain management products, bathroom safety products, grab bars, rollators, adult incontinence, nebulizers, as well as many other health related products you won’t find at your local store or pharmacy.

History

Established in 2015.

We initially started servicing skilled nursing facilities with a full service enteral program. As we grew we added additional product lines such as incontinence products and medical supplies. As our nursing home service matured we noticed the enormous opportunity in the home-​care segment. The most efficient and effective way to market our product was through a website. Through the web store we were able to extend to the home-​care market our low pricing and the same high service model we utilized the the nursing homes. We have just passed the first year mark for our web store and the feedback we have received from our customers has been amazing. We have developed relationships with our customers that provide tremendous value for them as well as having very competitive pricing. We look froward to continued growth and success in the home-​care space.

Exceptional customer service. I was greeted by Martha as soon as I walked in! She spent a great amount of time helping me find the proper wheel chair for my dad. I appreciate how well stocked and knowledgeable they are! I am happy I found DMES, and the best part is how convenient they are right off the 5 freeway! Thanks again!

My wife broke her foot and she needed an alternative to the archaic crutches. From the time my wife called and spoke with Martha on the phone she was very helpful. At the store, Martha was very attentive and provided help explaining the product. The store is very well stocked and has many products in stock. A great store when you are in need. Plus they are open Sunday’s.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Absolutely the best place to get your medical supplies! Everything you need in one spot! We had to first rent, then purchase a wheelchair for the first time as my wife’s cancer treatments have left her with very limited mobility. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful each time and made the process very smooth and easy. While this is not a position we would wish to be in, DMES made it easy and pleasurable.
