Our family recently lost our father and with that came a lot of stress not only for the family but for our mother too. As a person in her early 80’s it’s difficult to move around, go to her medical appointments, or simply just have some company. Unfortunately, due to the daily hustle and bustle it’s difficult for us (her children) to attend to her and her needs and given her age we worry and want to make sure she’s well taken care of. A few months ago, we were referred to First Option Cares and I have to say we had our doubts, but over the course of the past six months they become like a second family to our mother. Their staff is super professional, and what we like most is they truly take care of our mother as a family member and give her the attention and care she needs.
