King’s Donuts is the best. A few years ago, we moved into the area and got donuts. They also sell tamales and pupusas. The tamales are fresh and moist and their pupusas are delicious. My husband and I come in most weekends to get pupusas and last weekend we brought our friends with us. They not only enjoyed the donuts but the tamales, pupusas and the fresh squeezed juice. Raul and Lucy are super friendly and always greet you with a big smile. We will keep spreading the word about their tasty treats.

Found our new favorite donut shop! Every time we come in, they are so nice and the kids get a donut hole on a stick. The ratio of glaze and dough is perfect, even later on in the day.

Donuts were pretty good, not spectacular, but good enough. I got there around 11:45am on a Saturday and they were already getting ready to close-up shop and the inventory was low. At 12pm they closed shop. Good for them but bad for donut cravers looking for a fix after noon. They charge a credit card transaction fee too, which is illegal to do by the way in California but who’s watching.

My review is only for their tamales… yes, they serve tamales. I was drawn inside after seeing a «tamales» sign pasted on the front window. They are $ 2 a piece and come in 3 flavors, chicken, pork and jalapeño & cheese. I had one of each after learning from the lady across the counter that she made them at home. I must say they were close to the best, softest and tastiest tamales I have ever tasted and I taste tamales every chance I get.

Gotta have my French Donuts! Man are those hard to find! Most donut shops stopped making them because it was too expensive. Not sure but I think it had to do with the flour and eggs being to expensive… Anyways to my surprise Henry’s Donuts had them! When I saw them I giggled inside and did a back flip. They had 4 chocolate ones so I took them all and 8 others. Felt a bit guilty but who cares. You snooze you loose. Great shop. It’s been there for a while but I believe they are under new owners. Any donut shop that carries French donuts are a winner in my book!
