Amazing locksmith and safe cracker. Randy knows his stuff inside and out for changing out locks. He is just one amazing safe cracker and can get into any safe. He is reliable and if he says he’s going to be there he always shows up. Randy is awesome for real estate agents and I have referred many to him and everyone loves him. It’s amazing to have locksmith on your team. If your looking for a locksmith in Orange County this is the company to call because Lock Tech is located in Mission Viejo and can get to you fast. Randy has lots of parts right in his truck so it saves lots of time. I will not use any other locksmith because because I trust him.

As a local Realtor, Randy Johnson is ALWAYS one of my client gifts! He replaces the locks on their new home, sweetly, efficiently, and analyzes the home for possible problems with security! (…and gives them the FUN keys, with a little House or guitar, whatever their interest). Although in Mission Viejo, He has driven out to Corona, anywhere my clients buy… with the patience of a Saint! (I would think all Realtors might consider this very precious and safe gift for their clients!)

Called to have a few safes opened. I started to explain that a family member (who previously used this guy) was in the hospital in critical condition and we needed to get medical documents/directives from the safe (s). I didn’t even finish my sentence before Randy hung up on me. Can’t use the «disconnected» excuse in this day and age of caller id. No call back. Just a rude «hello» and that was that.

This guy Randy really knows what he is doing! The doorway was kind of jacked up from my kid breaking in when he forgot his key. He suggested this device called the break in blocker! It actually makes it so there is no way anyone smaller than a rhino or a tank could bust the door in now! So, I highly recommend Randy at Lock-Tech to everyone in Orange County who wants a lock picked, repaired, fortified, or beautified.
