LOFT

This store has a nice selection of clothing for different occasions. The displays were nice and neat. When I walked into the store, employees were focused on folding clothes in the displays or having conversations with each other. First interaction with a salesclerk was when I was ready to check out. Usually I walk out of a store that does not want my business, but I really wanted this particular pants and wanted to use an email coupon. Note, based on the sign outside, I thought all regular merchandise was 50% off, but it was only select items… and the pants was not one of those items. Had I known, I definitely would have walked out.
Once I was at the cash register, the service was okay, although she was trying to assist the other worker while ringing me up. This made it hard to ask my questions about what I was charged. It was okay service at the cash register.

my wife and I were shopping for a wedding we were going to and the store was a mess, we couldn’t find anything we were looking for and not one employee greeted and/​or helped us. I went to the cashier where the girl was too busy texting to pay attention to me and seemed almost annoyed when I asked for help. she said she’d meet us on the sales floor which she never did so I went back to get the manager. which was even worse than the incompetent cashier. the manager, I believe her name was whitney had the nastiest look on her face and looked completely disinterested. she took no initiative to help my wife and I and when I was expressing my issues with her she made a comment back which literally was just as disrespectful as saying «so what». she had an awful attitude and anybody that let her be the manager has got to be the biggest idiot around. just one look at her and you know she was going to be a spoiled brat. My wife and I will never be back or shop at any other loft location because of this awful experience.

Sad… This store has REALLY gone downhill, no help and more sale stuff than new…

Extremely rude service. The employees here are constantly on PMS and apparently abhor their jobs. They also appear to be racist and ignore any one that doesn’t have pasty skin.
